Cancellation Policy
Please review all policies as you agree to them upon requesting an appointment.
CASH PREFERRED or Zelle is accepted
Prices are starting as and are subject to change based upon desired results.
Please allow no less than 48 hours to cancel or reschedule. Last minute cancellations will be charged 50% of service cost. Appointments cancelled the same day will owe 75% of the service cost.
All communication must be done with me directly via Instagram or text message or Facebook Messenger. If you need to alter reschedule or cancel your appointment, please reach out to me in regards to your appointment. Please do not call the salon in regards to your appointment because I am individually contracted.
Late policy- 15 minutes late with no communication for hair appointments will be considered a no-show and charge the full cost of service. Anything after 15 minutes late with communication will be charged a late fee of $15 with the potential of being rescheduled based upon my availability for the day.
There are also times where I may need to reschedule based upon my son's needs as he is special ed and requires constant care. Please be understanding that I don't want to reschedule you but I may have no other option.
